AS „Tukuma Piens”

“Tukuma Piens” was founded in 1996 in the place where the town’s dairy stood at the beginning of the last century. During these years the company has become one of the largest milk processors in Latvia by purposefully investing and improving the production process. About 180 tons of milk from Kurzeme farmers go to “Tukuma Piens” every day. “Tukuma Piens” is the third largest milk purchaser in Latvia.
“Tukuma Piens” turnover in 2015 was over € 46 million. Every year several millions are invested in the company’s development.
“Tukuma Piens” produces more than 200 dairy products specialising in fresh goods.
The main product groups of “Tukuma Piens” are yoghurt, butter, cream and curd snacks.
“Tukuma Piens” has received several awards as the largest yoghurt and butter producer.
